I decreased my dose by just 2...I am guilty as well. I decreased my dose by just 2.5 (feeling like I wanted to be at the lowest dose possible, thinking that I was gaining weight). The low level nausea returned and I ignored it. After a couple of weeks I increased my HC and am now back on my usual dose. What a difference even 2.5 can make. I too will start listening to my body.
