A little bit of this and a little bit of that in pictures

A Rufus hummingbird (orange) with the others.

Squirrel-proof bird feeder?!?!

The turkeys are two months old now and getting big! They are afraid of me and run as far away as they can get.

The ducks have been turned out, see them on the left in the background? Salty, the old horse, is eating their food. When he saw me walking toward the duck food, he came running to protect it just in case I was going to eat some.

The baby horse lets me pet her. I call her Daisy but that's not necessarily her name. She's not my horse.

Paul and I hiked up above the ranch. The horses could hear us talking and were watching us.

Milissa creatively promotes the See N Save Thrift store and the Teton Valley Hospital Foundation during the annual Victor 4th of July parade.

This Mastiff was incredibly patient.

My float. Teton Valley Adventures snowmobile business. The dune buggy is towing a 1971 Arctic Cat!

I'm a dork.

Paul and I ran from the South Fork of Horseshoe to Corral Creek via a different route yesterday. It was beautiful but the trail was CRAP. Above, Paul is hiking up the last stretch of decent trail for 11 miles.

Some of the crap trail. Steep as anything and super rocky with "baby heads". Luckily, there was no blood shed during this run.

  1. Great photos. The trails look awesome- I prefer to use the term "technical" when referring to such conditions. It sounds better, even though "CRAP" is more descriptive.
