Blog changes

Thanks to everyone who followed Training Because I Can! over the last nine years. This blog started with Addison's Disease, hypothyroidism and a crazy idea of doing an Ironman distance triathlon. My life has changed and so has this blog. I am using this blog strictly for Addison's Support topics from here on out. I hope to continue providing people with hints for living life well with adrenal insufficiency.

You've got 100 degree temperatures, we've got snow

Someone please tell Mother Nature it's June 11th!

Teton Pass this morning

As I'm typing this, I'm developing my 11th migraine (with aura) in the last month. This is really cramping my style. It sucks!

You can!

Nothing is impossible. Some things are just less likely than others.

Not just sitting here

"Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there." Will Rogers

Weather in Teton Valley, Idaho has been crap. Yesterday there was snow (see picture 12 in slide show) on and off throughout the day along with windy conditions. Yuck. Between not feeling my best, trying to get exercise and unexpectedly getting a new job, I can't seem to keep up with anything. Next week, I am going to be a mountain bike tour guide on the Kokopelli trail for Gemini Adventures. It will be HOT and beautiful down there. I am really looking forward to it.

Sorry for not getting back to people via email, I can't seem to catch up with much of anything. I'll just keep plugging along at one thing at a time!
