| Despite vomiting, being dehydrated and ending up in the ER while in NJ, I still had a sense of humor. Excellent treatment by Dr. Vogel in the Valley Hospital ER. Besides great medical treatment, he brought me a soda and cup of ice. Amazing! |

I saw Suzy Cohen on TV. She wrote a book called Drug Muggers. She said that if a person takes corticosteroids (or however it's spelled), they will end up B2 deficient and it will cause migraine headaches. Because I suffered terribly with headaches, I decided to give it a try. It's been great. After my body got caught up on the B vitamins, including 400 mg daily of B2, I'm migraine free and feel like a new person. Auras took a few months to go away tho'.
