Blog changes

Thanks to everyone who followed Training Because I Can! over the last nine years. This blog started with Addison's Disease, hypothyroidism and a crazy idea of doing an Ironman distance triathlon. My life has changed and so has this blog. I am using this blog strictly for Addison's Support topics from here on out. I hope to continue providing people with hints for living life well with adrenal insufficiency.

Feeling bad

Sorry no posts lately. I've had several migraines that were the worst of my life.

All I'm doing is trying to get through each day as best I can, keeping the house clean, taking care of my son and occasionally cooking dinner. I've run a couple of times too. I think I've got a migraine on its way for Sunday too, I can feel it coming. Migraines are awful, they suck the life out of you and make you nauseous, disoriented, dumb, in pain and depressed.

On a couple of positive notes, having one migraine after another like this is giving me the opportunity to try different things to see if I can get them to go away or prevent them entirely. In addition, I've found that I can get an awful lot done around the house by only doing house work only during commercials. I'm using these migraines as an excuse to get caught up on all of the America's Next Top Model series!

More when I can pull myself together.
