On Wednesday last week, I had an awesome opportunity to spend some time with transcontinental runner Glenn Caffery. We met up at the local soda shop, the
Victor Emporium. Here he had the house specialty, a huckleberry shake, and was simultaneously interviewed by Annie Eby from the Teton Valley News. When the shake and interview were done, Glen and I started out running. Even after a 6,700 foot pass and 30+ miles of running that day, he kicked my ass and we power walked for a little bit and chatted. What a nice guy!!
Here's a link to Annie's story: Man on the Run
Thanks Glenn for the opportunity to meet you! Best of luck to you on your run!
