Blog changes
Thanks to everyone who followed Training Because I Can! over the last nine years. This blog started with Addison's Disease, hypothyroidism and a crazy idea of doing an Ironman distance triathlon. My life has changed and so has this blog. I am using this blog strictly for Addison's Support topics from here on out. I hope to continue providing people with hints for living life well with adrenal insufficiency.

Lots of pictures from the last week
I left for Denver on Thursday last week. The drive took about 9.5 hours and I did it by myself. I stayed with my sister and we had a nice time. I ran in Boulder on Friday. I worked VeloSwap Friday night and Saturday all day. In addition, I had some awesome food throughout the week! Sunday I met with Alison, my college running partner. We ran (OK, we walked because I was worn out and unable to run, she's too fast) and I met her family. Then I shopped and hung out a tiny bit at my sister's house. Monday I went and saw Dr. David Tanner, DO (Creekside Physical Medicine - Boulder, CO) for my migraines and I shopped some more! I left Tuesday morning very early. Basically, I burned the candle at both ends. I had to stop twice to sleep, upped my hydrocortisone, came home and fell asleep well before 9 pm. The Addison's got the best of me on Tuesday during the ride home. It was the longest drive ever.
The trip was awesome and well worth the drive.
