Blog changes

Thanks to everyone who followed Training Because I Can! over the last nine years. This blog started with Addison's Disease, hypothyroidism and a crazy idea of doing an Ironman distance triathlon. My life has changed and so has this blog. I am using this blog strictly for Addison's Support topics from here on out. I hope to continue providing people with hints for living life well with adrenal insufficiency.

What now?

"What now?" some of you might ask. Well, I'd like to do a few more posts: thanking people, how the fund raising turned out, discussing Addison's disease (signs and symptoms, grass roots information sharing and what to do in an emerency), setting goals, answer some questions, meds for endurance events and letting you know my future plans (races, goals and immediate future plans). I'll try to tackle each issue in a separate post.

Miscellaneous pictures. Below is a car we saw in Reno, Nevada. Click on the picture if you want to see it up close.

Dearest Dusty;

Congratulations. You are super fabulous. I know how much effort and time you’ve put into all this—I'm amazed by your stamina. You do a great job on your blog. It is informative, entertaining and real. I like the pictures. As much as I like to make fun of all blogs, I am impressed with yours--HONEST and have complete respect for all you’ve done with the NADF stuff.
