Blog changes

Thanks to everyone who followed Training Because I Can! over the last nine years. This blog started with Addison's Disease, hypothyroidism and a crazy idea of doing an Ironman distance triathlon. My life has changed and so has this blog. I am using this blog strictly for Addison's Support topics from here on out. I hope to continue providing people with hints for living life well with adrenal insufficiency.

SC100

OK, I'm getting myself together.  Packed clothes and drop bags last night.  Need to work, pack food and leave as quickly as possible this morning.

Below is my pacing chart if you're interested.  I erred on the very slow side because if I start puking or sleeping on the side of the trail, it's slows down the average pace A LOT.  If you're interested in live updates from the race, click here.  If you want to read my Tweets, go to idahodusty on Twitter.

Just so you know, I do not think I'm a superstar or anything!  I'm consistent and persistent.  I'm your average gal who wants to show people that all average people can accomplish their goals!!

Race starts at 7 am on Friday, July 30.  Cutoff is at 7 pm on Saturday, July 31.
